The steps of making a crystal inner carving using a machine

 

The use of laser for crystal carving is a relatively novel process, many customers may know about crystal carving and want to start their own business. However, beginners, may not be familiar with the specific operation steps of using the machine for crystal carving. What they need to buy, or do not need to buy. They are not very clear about it. So, this article introduces the specific steps of a machine to produce exquisite crystals.

 

To carve the crystal interior, you will first have a machine, as shown below.

 

 

Secondly, you need to buy pure K9 glass, which also can be called synthetic crystal, this crystal is purer than the general glass, and the carved effect is more beautiful.

 

 

 

After preparing the machine and the crystal, we can start carving.

First, we need an original picture,

 

 

 

The machine you purchased is attached with two software. Now it is time to use them.

 

 

 

First, open the first software.

The machine can carve the image because the laser can form tiny white dots in the crystal. And lots of the white dots constitute the picture. The first software is to build the white dots group save the location needed to make the image, and output the dots group file.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After creating the group of dots to be carved, the engraving can be done using the second software.

Put the crystal into the machine and click "go" to start the carving.
